Heavy rain and snow conditions in Great Sand Dunes through Wednesday May 7th

The dune field and visitor center areas of the park have a mix of heavy rain and wet snow. Higher mountain passes in the area are under winter weather warnings and may be closed. Check with state highway agencies.
